This is not loom work. Ira Hayes was beaded using my signature modified square stitch (see illustration) for added strength and durability. Beads are 11/0 Delicas sewn onto deerhide backing and displayed in a 11" x 14" shadow box. The 'Out of the Shadows' poem is displayed in an 8" x 10" shadow box frame.
