All item(s), with the exception of those purchased from the One-of-a-kind Originals category and/or designated as 'a copyright original design' in the item(s) description, is/are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) when returned in the original packaging within 10 days of receipt.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the Purchaser.  Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s).

 

Any item(s) purchased from the One-of-a-kind Originals category and/or designated as 'a copyright original design' in the item(s) description, to protect the integrity of the design(s), will only be eligible for full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) if returned unopened with package seals undamaged within 5 days of receipt. 

 

Packaging containing items from the One-of-a-kind Originals category and/or designated as 'a copyright original design' that has been opened or has damaged or broken seals will not be accepted for return or refund.  No exceptions will be allowed.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
